The Commission approves, on an interim basis, Bell Canada's request to revise a previously approved arrangement to include the provision for an OC-12 access between the customer's premises in Montréal, Quebec and the Belmont central office.

Bell Canada filed the application on 10 October 2001 to revise item D-29(b) of its Special Facilities Tariff.

The revisions take effect on the date of this order.
