Telephone set lost charge

The Commission approves Hay Communications's request to remove the Telephone set loss charge section from its tariff as forbearance was granted in Telecom Decision CRTC 96-6.

Hay Communications filed the application on 15 December 2000 to revise Section 120 of its General Tariff.

The revisions take effect on 1 February 2001.
