The Commission approves Bell Canada's request to introduce a
dedicated 112/128 Kbps access service.

Bell Canada filed the application on 14 August 2001 to revise
item 5010 of its General Tariff and items 301, 304 and 305 of its
National Services Tariff.

The revisions take effect on the date of this order.
