Commission approves a model Basic Listing Interchange File (BLIF) Service
and a model Directory File Service (DFS) Agreements filed on behalf of the

Commission approves Bell Canada's request to provide for a level 1
synchronous transport signal (STS-1) interface which converts a DS-3

for enhanced international private line and bandwidth data service,
respectively, as there are no existing customers or demand for these
