The Commission approves, on an interim basis, the Billing and
Collection Services Agreement between TELUS Communications Inc. and
MTS Communications Inc.
|

The Commission notes that issues associated with revisions to the
industry-wide standard Billing and Collection Services Agreement to
permit the provision of service through a clearinghouse will be
addressed within the CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee
framework pursuant to Order CRTC 2001-452, Billing and collection
service, dated 6 June 2001.
