Re: Application No. 2001-0893-7– Approved
Transfer of control and shares – A change modifying the
proposed structure of "Moviola:" a new category 2 specialty
service Moviola: Short Film Channel Inc. requests authority to
transfer 50,000 common shares (50%), 25,000 common shares (25%) from
each of Anthony D’Andrea and Romen Podzyhun to Cal Millar and Harold
Blade.
Dear Sir:
The Commission approves the above-noted application requesting
authority to effect a change in the ownership of Moviola: Short Film
Channel Inc., (Moviola) through the transfer of 50,000 common shares
(50%), 25,000 common shares (25%) from each of Anthony D’Andrea and
Romen Podzyhun to Cal Millar and Harold Blade. Following the transaction
each individual will hold a 25% voting interest in the company. All
individuals are Canadian citizens and residents.
The Commission will modify its ownership records to reflect the
authorized ownership of Moviola as shown in the attached appendix. All
letters of approval issued by the Commission are made available for
public examination at the Commission’s central office. Consequently,
the Commission also requires you to append this letter to your licence..
