RE: APPROVAL – Application No.: (2001-0698-1)
Trinity Television Inc.
CHNU-TV Fraser Valley, British Columbia
Decrease in Power

Dear Mr. Thiessen:

We are pleased to inform you that the Commission approves your request to decrease the effective radiated power from 18,000 watts to 16,000 watts of the television station CHNU-TV Fraser Valley, British Columbia.

The Commission notes that this change does not result in any significant change in the service contour and the revised contours do not encompass any new markets.

This approval is subject to written receipt from the Department of Industry, within six (6) months of the date of this decision, that it is prepared to amend your Broadcasting Certificate

All letters of approval issued by the Commission are made available for public examination at the Commission’s central office. The Commission also requires you to append this letter of approval to the licence of your undertaking.

Yours sincerely,

Ursula Menke
Secretary General
