The Commission approves Québec-Téléphone's request to offer small- and medium-businesses Centrex customers with 1 to 24 lines, four SmartTouch service options, namely Centrex Access Device, Call Answer, Call Return and Name and Number Display, at a monthly rate of $9.95 from 1 February to 31 July 2001.
