The Commission approves TELUS Québec's (formerly Québec-Téléphone) request to offer, free of charge, two SmartTouch services to all new single-line residential customers for the first two months of subscription, from 21 August 2001 to 20 August 2002.

TELUS Québec filed the application on 11 May 2001 to revise Item 2.20 of its General Tariff.

The revisions take effect on 21 August 2001.
