Correction

1.

The Commission hereby corrects Decision CRTC 2000-636 dated 14 December 2000, which approved Category 2 digital specialty service NTI Tamil Service.

2.

Part (b) of NTI Tamil Service’s nature of service should have read as follows:

b) The programming must be drawn exclusively from the following categories, as set out in Schedule 1 to the Pay Television Regulations, 1990: 1, 2a, 2b, 3, 4, 5a, 5b, 7a, 7b, 7c, 7d, 7e, 7f, 7g, 8a, 8c, 11, 12 and 13.
