2001-256 Société de télédiffusion du Québec, Montréal, Chapeau, etc., Quebec. APPROVED – Renewal of the television network Télé-Québec and for the television programming CIVM-TV Montréal and its transmitters, from 1 June 2001 to 31 August 2007. APPROVED – Proposed amendments to its advertising code of conduct.

2001-257 Rogers Broadcasting Limited. Complaint from Standard Radio Inc. concerning Rogers Broadcasting Limited's operation of CIOX-FM, Smiths Falls, and CKVX-FM, Chilliwack.

2001-258 Long Lake Band #58 First Nation (Sydney Abraham), Longlac, Ontario. Revocation of the licence for the cable distribution undertaking authorized to serve Longlac.

2001-259 Corporation Les Affaires Étudiantes du Cégep de Sainte-Foy, Sainte-Foy, Quebec. APPROVED - Broadcasting licence for a developmental French-language FM campus radio programming undertaking at Sainte-Foy, expiring 31 August 2003.

2001-260 Radio Plus B.M.D. inc., Asbestos, Quebec. APPROVED – Conversion of AM station CJAN to FM. The licence will expire 31 August 2007.

2001-261 Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Témiscaming, Quebec. APPROVED - Broadcasting licence for a radiocommunication distribution undertaking consisting of a FM radio transmitter at Témiscaming, expiring 31 August 2007.

CIRCULAR:

2001-444 To all licensees of radio programming undertakings. Each year, the Commission processes numerous licence renewal applications, including those relating to radio stations. This circular clarifies how the Commission deals with the licence renewals of radio stations that have been found in apparent non-compliance with the provisions of the Broadcasting Act, the Radio Regulations, 1986 or the conditions of their licence.

2001-364 The Commission approves a Master Agreement for CLEC-IXC Interconnection between AT&T Canada Corp. and GT Group Telecom Services Corp. Reference:  8340-G7-0778/00.

2001-365 The Commission approves a Master Agreement for Interconnection between LECs for AT&T Canada Telecom Services Company and TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc. Reference:  8340-T46-0779/00.

2001-366 The Commission approves a Billing and Collection Services Agreement between Aliant Telecom Inc. and TELUS Communications Inc. Reference:  8340-T66-0777/00.

2001-367 The Commission approves the Basic Listing Interchange File Agreement (BLIF) between TELUS Integrated Communications (2000) Inc. and Bell Canada. Reference: 8340-T50-0781/00.

2001-370 The Commission approves an Interconnection Agreement for the Provision of 9-1-1 Service to a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier for British Columbia between NorthPoint Canada Communications Inc. and TELUS Communications Inc. Reference:  8340-T66-0774/00.

2001-371 The Commission approves an Interconnection Agreement for the Provision of 9-1-1 Service to a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier for Alberta between NorthPoint Canada Communications Inc. and TELUS Communications Inc. Reference:  8340-T66-0775/00.

2001-372 The Commission approves TELUS Communications Inc.'s (TCI) application to increase rates for residential and business primary exchange service and local channel service and to decrease rates for digital network access (DNA) service, Megalink service, and inbound data access (IDA) service. Reference:  TCI TN 358, 359, 360, 361, 362 and 363. Eff. date = 07.05.2001.

2001-373 The Commission approves TELUS Communications Inc.'s (TCI) application to increase rates for residential and business primary exchange service and to decrease rates for digital network access (DNA) service, Megalink service and Internet service provider connection service.
