Aliant Telecom Inc.

The Commission approves, on a final basis, Aliant Telecom's application, filed on behalf of Maritime Tel & Tel Limited, Island Telecom Inc., NBTel Inc. and NewTel Communications Inc., to introduce a promotion for certain enhanced local calling features from 1 April to 30 June 2001.

Aliant Telecom filed the application on 2 March 2001 to revise Item 601 of APTC's Regional Services Tariff.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The application was approved on an interim basis in Order CRTC 2001-211, dated 13 March 2001.
