Limited, Across Canada. APPROVED – Renewal of the broadcasting licence
for the national English-language specialty television service known as
"Bravo!" from 1 May 2001 to 31 August 2007. DENIED –
Proposal to alter the required level of Canadian content and the definition of
the broadcast day.

869933 Alberta Ltd. (Shaw Communications Inc.), Across Canada. The
Commission hereby corrects the English-language version of Decision CRTC 2000-474
dated 14 December 2000, which approved Category 2 digital specialty
service Bloomberg Television Canada.

2001-331 The
Commission approves, on a final basis, BMTS' application dated
20 March 2001 relating to custom calling features and second residential
line promotions, which was approved on an interim basis in Order CRTC 2001-297
dated 11 April 2001. Reference: TN 90.
2001-332 The
Commission approves, on a final basis, Sogetel's application dated
6 March 2001 concerning the Spring 2001 promotional campaign, which was
approved on an interim basis in Order CRTC 2001-230
dated 16 March 2001. Reference: TN 100.
2001-333 The
Commission approves Télébec's request to increase by $1 the monthly
rate for SmartTouch complementary service options; and introduce a "Spring
2001" promotional campaign from 30 April to 30 June 2001. During that
period, residential subscribers who purchase a telephone set advertised in
Télébec's Spring catalogue will get two SmartTouch services free for one
