2001-53 Salter Street Films Limited / Alliance Altantis Commmunications Inc. Application No. 2001-0280-7 – APPROVED. Authority for a trust arrangement and the nomination of Mr. Daniel Campbell Q.C. as trustee in the proposed merger between Salter Streets Films Limited and Alliance Atlantis Communications Inc. The proposed transaction will ultimately affect Independent Film Channel Canada Incorporated – a Category 1 digital specialty service – National. 

2001-54 PrideVision Inc. Application No. 2001-0229-4 – APPROVED. Corporate reorganization – PrideVision inc., a national digital specialty service will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Headline Media Group Inc.

2001-126-1 Correction to the last paragraph of Order CRTC 2001-126, dated 9 February 2001. Reference: TN 44. Eff. date = 01-01-01.

2001-134 The Commission approves OTA's request to make interim the billing and collection monthly recurring rate. Reference: TN 71.

2001-135 The Commission approves, with the following change, Sogetel's request to introduce a point-to-point high speed access service that will allow a subscriber to establish a data channel between two points served by the same wire centre. The company is directed to issue forthwith tariff pages specifying that the speed is up to 128 kbps. Reference: TNs 99 and 99A.

2001-136 The Commission approves the Winback promotion for Local link package with a promotional period shortened by two weeks; denies the Business line promotion and Voice local promotion; and approves the proposed corrections to a reference to a system capacity for Local link package locals as well as the name of the service in Item 680.2(d). Reference: TN 6549.

2001-137 CRTC denies application by Call-Net and AT&T Canada for a refund of amounts paid for direct connection service. Reference: 8622-C25-08/00.

2001-138 The CRTC approves a contribution exemption for transit traffic on circuits provided to Primus by Aliant. Reference: 8626-P11-04/00.

2001-139 The CRTC approves a contribution exemption for administrative lines provided to Jerivan Communications Inc. by Bell Canada. Reference: 8626-J40-01/01.
