Previously, CanVideo Television amalgamated with Global Communications and continued as Global Communications. Prime Television Holdco Inc. was formerly 3782051 Canada Limited, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of CanWest Global. |

Prime Television Holdco Inc. has the same directors and officers as CanVideo Television. Global Communications, a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Television Network Inc., owns all of the shares of Prime Television Holdco Inc.
