Support Structure License Agreement and Joint Planning and Operations Agreement

The Commission approves a Support Structure License Agreement between Island Telecom Inc. and K-Right Communications Limited and a Joint Planning and Operations Agreement for Interconnection for Signalling Systems 7 - CCS7 for EastLink when operating in Island Tel's territority.

EastLink filed the application on 12 January 2001.
