The Commission approves on an interim basis an ex parte application filed by Aliant Telecom Inc. on behalf of MTT on 13 February 2001 and amended on 21 February 2001.

The company must provide a copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms within two business days.

The revisions take effect on the date of this order.
