NOTICES OF PUBLIC HEARING:
2001-1-2 The
Commission will hold a public hearing commencing on 26 February 2001, at
9:00 a.m., at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Hull,
Quebec, to consider Issue no. 2 - Item 13: CTV Inc. (on behalf of
1406236 Ontario Inc., 3844609 Canada Inc. and Holdco), in various
locations across Canada, for authority to effectuate a multi-step corporate
reorganization. Deadline for intervention: 12 February 2001.

relating to the Public Hearing which will be held on 26 February 2001, at

2001-36 The
Commission approves MTS's request to enhance MessageManager and Voice
Mailbox services by providing a toll-free access telephone number for customers
to access their voice messaging service from outside their calling area without
incurring message toll charges. Reference: TN 433

2001-37 The
Commission approves MTS's request to increase the rates for Basic Voice
Mailbox Service from $4.15 to $5.50 and to include Visual Message Waiting
Indication as part of the service definition for Basic Voice Mailbox.

2001-38 The
Commission approves Teleglobe's request to change its name to Teleglobe

2001-39 The
Commission approves on an interim basis an ex parte application filed by NBTel Inc.

2001-40 The
Commission approves on an interim basis Northwestel's request to
introduce co-location tariffs pursuant to Decision CRTC 2000-746 and make
housekeeping changes. Reference: TN 747.

2001-41 The
Commission approves Bell Canada's request for a custom-designed
arrangement providing for an OC-3 access located at the customer's premises and
the company's Toronto (Adelaide), Ontario central office. Reference: TN 6550.

Commission approves on an interim basis, with the changes noted below, Bell Intrigna's
proposed tariff amendments for call routing – local routing number (LRN)

2001-44 Suite
Systems Inc. filed an application for approval of its General Tariff (CRTC
Tariff 25083) which includes general terms and conditions, and provisions and
rates for access services for interconnection with local exchange carriers,
interexchange service providers and wireless service providers. The application
was filed on 6 ovember 2000. Suite Systems filed an amendment to its
