DECISIONS:

2001-48 The Haliburton Broadcasting Group Inc., Timmins, Ontario. APPROVED - New English-language FM radio station at Timmins, expiring 31 August 2007.

2001-49 The Haliburton Broadcasting Group Inc., Kapuskasing, Ontario. APPROVED - New English-language FM radio station at Kapuskasing to replace AM station CKAP, expiring 31 August 2007.

2001-50 Todd Foss, on behalf of a company to be incorporated and to be known as Mix FM, Lewisporte, Newfoundland. APPROVED – Broadcasting licence for a developmental English-language FM community radio programming undertaking at Lewisporte, expiring 31 August 2003.

ORDERS:

2001-126 Pursuant to Order CRTC 2000-1097, the Commission approves Amtelecom's request to make the following changes to its General Tariff: residential and business individual line rate increases; introduction of a provision limiting the customers portion of the service improvement plan (SIP) construction charge costs; and introduction of an instalment payment plan for the customer cost portion of the SIP construction charges. Reference:  TN 44. Eff. date = 09-02-01.

2001-127 The Commission approves Bell Canada's request for approval of service charges inadvertently omitted in Tariff Notice 6536 which was approved in Order CRTC 2000-1171. Reference:  TN 6554. Eff. date = 09-02-01.

2001-128 The Commission approves BMTS' request to make interim the existing rates for the billing and collection services. Reference:  TN 88.

2001-129 The Commission approves MTS' request to clarify the wording to match the service availability with the technological capability as a result of MTS implementing a shared service platform to provide for additional mailbox capacity for MessageManager and Call Answer service.
