The Commission approves, on a final basis, OTA's application, dated 27 September 2001, filed on behalf of its members, to provide billing and collection services to service providers for eligible services.

The application was approved on an interim basis in Order CRTC 2001-785, dated 30 October 2001.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.
