Commission approves Hay Communications' request to eliminate
two-party and four-party line service for residential customers and

a custom-designed arrangement for an OC-3 intra-exchange channel between

Commission approves O.N.Telcom's request to extend the overseas
discount to all eligible message toll charges for overseas calls; and
eliminate the requirement for an enrolled subscriber to reach $40 or more

plan as follows: introduce new rates for toll-free calling for its
business customers; reduce per-minute rates for direct dialed calls within
Canada and the United States for both residential and business customers;
eliminate the monthly surcharge for business customers; and increase the
discounts available on overseas calling from 20 to 40%.

unlimited plans as follows: reduce per-minute rates for direct dialed
