Drummondville, Grand-Mère, Nicolet, Rimouski, St-Hyacinthe, Ste-Adèle
and Trois-Rivières, Quebec
Application No. 2001-0710-4
|
|
Application by COGECO CÂBLE CANADA INC. on behalf of Cogeco
Câble Estrie Inc., Cablôdistribution Le Rocher Inc., Décibel
Inc., Cogeco Câble Rimouski Inc., Cogeco Câble Montérégie Inc.,
Cogeco Câble Laurentides Inc., and Médiacâble Inc. which will
change its name to Cogeco Câble Trois-Rivières Inc., for authority
to carry WFFF-TV (FOX), Burlington, Vermont, received off-air, as
part of the basic service of its distribution undertaking serving
the above-mentioned localities.
|
|
The signal of WFFF-TV is received by the licensee off-air at Mont
St-Bruno in the Montreal region and distributed throughout the
aforementioned systems by optical fiber.
|
|
The licensee was already distributing the programming service of
WFFF-TV on a high penetration discretionary tier. This change is
made necessary because the licensee must distribute Télé des Arts,
now called ARTV, as part of the existing discretionary tier with the
highest penetration.
