NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
2001-11-2
Further to its Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2001-11 dated
28 September 2001 relating to the public hearing which will be held
on 3 December 2001, in Hamilton, Ontario, the Commission adds three
new items to its hearing. Deadline for interventions: 16 November
2001.
ORDER:
2001-778 The
Commission denies the request by Rogers Wireless Inc. (RWI) to allow sales
commission expenses as a deduction from contribution-eligible revenues.
The Commission also denies the request by RWI to initiate a public process
or a CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee process to debate the
treatment of sales commissions expenses in the calculation of
contribution-eligible revenues. Reference: 8695-C12-14/01.
