The Commission approves on an interim basis an ex parte application filed by Maritime Tel & Tel Limtied on behalf of APTC on 20 December 2000.

The company must provide a copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms within two business days.

The revisions take effect on the date of this order.
