The Commission approves Télébec's request to continue, in 2001, the following permanent promotional programs : "La Course aux Étoiles", "Introduction des services Étoiles" and "Offre de Bienvenue".

The Commission ratifies the charging of the rates associated with the services described herein, otherwise than in accordance with an approved tariff, for the period of 1 January 2001 to the date of this order.

Télébec filed the application on 17 January 2001 to revise Item 3.3.18 of its General Tariff.
