Dear Sir or Madam:
On 28 August 2001, members of the above distribution lists were given
an opportunity to comment on the CLG's consensus report with respect to
the definition of co-location power cost components.
No comments were received.
The Commission approves the consensus report and directs users and
providers of co-location to conduct themselves accordingly.
