The Commission approves, on an interim basis:

· version 1.0 of the PIC/CARE (primary interexchange carrier/customer account record exchange) automated procedures handbook for designated toll service providers;

· version 1.3 of the PIC/CARE mechanized procedures for designated toll service providers; and

· tariff revisions pertaining to the provision of equal access.

SATAT filed the application on 10 July 2001, on behalf of CoopTel, La Cie de Téléphone de Courcelles Inc., La Compagnie de Téléphone de Warwick, La Compagnie de Téléphone Upton Inc., La Corporation de Téléphone de La Baie, Le Téléphone de St-Liboire de Bagot Inc., Téléphone Guèvremont inc. et Téléphone Milot inc., to revise section 7 of its General Tariff.

The revisions take effect on the date of this order.
