The Commission hereby corrects Decision CRTC 2000-424, by replacing the paragraphs setting out the licence expiry dates for the undertakings with the following: Upon surrender of the current licences, the Commission will issue Class 3 licences to Câble-Axion Québec inc. expiring 31 August 2003 (the current expiry date). 2001-6 Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, St. John’s and Corner Brook, Newfoundland. APPROVED - Addition of a transmitter at Corner Brook. 2001-7 Nor-Com Electronics Ltd., Carrot River, Saskatchewan. APPROVED - Change in frequency from 88.1 MHz (channel 201LP) to 101.1 MHz (channel 266LP), and increase of the effective radiated power from 13 to 15 watts. 2001-8 CKUA Radio Foundation, Edmonton, Calgary, etc., Alberta. APPROVED – Renewal of the broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CKUA-FM Edmonton and its transmitters from 1 March 2001 to 31 August 2007. 2001-9 1158556 Ontario Ltd., doing business under the name of Celestial Sound, Timmins; Iroquois Falls;etc.; Ontario. APPROVED – Renewal of broadcasting licence for CHIM-FM Timmins, from 1 March 2001 to 31 August 2007. APPROVED – Addition of low-power FM transmitters at Iroquois Falls and Kirkland Lake. DENIED - Request to delete CHIM-FM's current condition of licence prohibiting it from broadcasting commercial messages and to replace it with a condition that would allow the station to broadcast a maximum of 6 minutes of advertising each hour. NOTICES: 2001-5-1 Call for comments: contents of the public file for upcoming TV ownership group renewal hearings 2001-6 To amend the broadcasting licences for: Star Choice Television Network Inc., across Canada; Standard Radio Inc., Montréal, Quebec; Rogers Cablesystems Ontario Limited and Rogers Cable Inc., Guelph and Kitchener/Grand River, Ontario; Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Shelburne, Ontario; Delta Cable Communications Ltd., Delta, British Columbia; and Coast Cable Communications Ltd., Sechelt and Gibsons, British Columbia. Deadline for intervention: 15 February 2001. ORDERS: 2001-3 The Commission establishes an affiliate rule for the resale of local exchange services and facilities provided by competitive local exchange carriers. The Commission also changes the affiliate rule for incumbent local exchange carriers. Reference: 8622-C12-09/00. 2001-4 The Commission will no longer require class A licensees to file quarterly reports of basic international traffic. The Commission will not publish the route-specific traffic data already filed. The Commission notes, however, that the question of future monitoring mechanisms is the subject of another process.
