To amend the broadcasting licence of the type B community radio programming undertaking CHAI-FM; CJMC Radio du Golfe, Gros Morne, Quebec. To add an FM transmitter at Gros-Morne to offer the programming of CJMC-FM so that residents of the village receive all the regional information they are entitled to; CIBM-FM Mont-Bleu ltée., Saint-Pamphile/Sainte-Perpétue, Quebec.
