DECISION:

2001-10 Newfoundland Broadcasting Company Limited, St. John’s, Argentia, etc., Newfoundland. RENEWED - Broadcasting licence for the television programming undertaking CJON-TV St. John’s and its transmitters, from 1 September 2001 to 31 August 2002.

2001-9 The Commission approves Bell Canada's request for a custom-designed arrangement providing for a 1.544 Mbps digital facility between Kingsey Falls, Quebec, which is in the operating territory of La Compagnie de Téléphone de Warwick, and the Bell Canada exchange of Victoriaville, Quebec. 2001-10 The Commission approves Bell Canada's request to establish extended area service between the exchanges of Minaki and Jaffray-Melick in Ontario. Reference: TN 6545. Eff. Date = 01-03-01.

2001-11 The Commission approves Bell Canada's request for a custom-designed arrangement providing for a 256 Kbps digital facility between the exchanges of Kingsey Falls and Victoriaville, Quebec. Reference: TN 6547. Eff. Date = 17-01-01.

2001-12 The Commission approves Bell Canada's request to revise the monthly rates for custom-designed arrangements providing for a local 56 Kbps digital facility in the exchanges of Valcourt, St-Alexis and Warwick. Reference: TN 6548. Eff. Date = 17-01-01.
