DECISIONS:

2000-218-1 Trinity Television Inc., Fraser Valley Region, British Columbia. The Commission hereby corrects paragraph 19 of Decision CRTC 2000-218, dated 6 July 2000. It should have read as follows: The licensee indicated that it would devote at least 60% of the broadcast day and at least 50% of the peak period (7 p.m. to 11 p.m.) to Canadian programming.

2001-235-1 Médiacâble inc., Trois-Rivières, Quebec. Cogeco Câble Laurentides inc., Sainte-Anne-des-Lacs, Quebec. In Decision CRTC 2001-235 dated 27 April 2001, the Commission, in error, stated that it would issue a Class 3 licence to Médiacâble inc. in respect of the Trois-Rivières undertaking. In fact, the licence to be issued will be a Class 1 licence.

NOTICE:

2001-69 The Commission initiates a proceeding to establish the rates in the territories of Télébec and TELUS (Québec), for local interconnection and network component unbundling, and for local payphone access. Reference: 8622-C12-14/01.

2001-457 The Commission approves, on a final basis, Bell Canada's application to introduce the Spring Calling Features Promotion which will offer existing single-line residential customers, who subscribe to any of the eligible SmartTouch services or bundles, a rebate equivalent to one month subscription or $10, from 9 May to 23 June 2001. Reference: TN 6572.

2001-458 The Commission approves, on a final basis, Bell Canada's application to introduce the Internet Spring Calling Features Promotion which will offer existing single-line residential customers who subscribe to any of the eligible SmartTouch services via Bell Canada's Internet web site, a rebate equivalent to two months of subscription or $20, from 9 May to 23 June 2001. Reference: 6573.

2001-459 The Commission approves Aliant Telecom's request, filed on behalf of NewTel Communications Inc., to provide community calling plan service between the exchanges of St. Bride's and Freshwater. Reference: NewTel TN 652. Eff. date = 14.06.01.

2001-460 The Commission approves Bell Canada's request on behalf of and with the concurrence of Aliant Telecom Inc., MTS Communications Inc. and TELUS Communications Inc., to revise the 900 service agreements to reflect business and technical changes in the service. The agreements comprise the Service Provider Agreement, the Accounts Receivable Management Agreement and the Alternative Billing Arrangement Agreement. Reference: 8340-B20-0783/00 and TN 735 (NST). 2001-461 The Commission approves BMTS' restrictions on the use of automatic dialing-announcing devices, and conditions for unsolicited live voice and facsimile calls for the purposes of solicitation. Reference: TN 94. Eff. date = 14.06.01.

2001-462 The Commission approves OTA's restrictions on the use of automatic dialing-announcing devices, and conditions for unsolicited live voice and facsimile calls for the purposes of solicitation. Reference: TN 75. Eff. date = 14.06.01.

2001-463 The Commission approves TCBC's request to introduce rates, charges, terms and conditions associated with the provision of a point-to-point intraexchange OC-12 access facility between two customer premises. Reference: TN 4143. Eff. date = 14.06.01.

2001-464 The Commission approves, on an interim basis, TCBC's request to introduce rates, charges, terms and conditions associated with the provision of a point-to-point intraexchange OC-3 access facility between two customer premises. Reference: 4144. Eff. date = 14.06.01.

2001-465 The Commission approves TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI's) request to replace the company's existing tariff subscription service provided by former TELUS Communications Inc., General Tariff (CRTC 18001), Item 120, and TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc. (TCBC) General Tariff (CRTC 1005), Item 22, with a publicly available, no charge TELUS online tariffs service, General Tariff (CRTC 21461) Item 400; available through the company's Internet site.
