Call answer service

The Commission approves CityTel's request to introduce Automated attendant which lets business callers route their own calls to specific people, departments, mailboxes and information resources within an organization at a monthly rate of $20.

CityTel filed the application on 5 June 2001 to revise Items 22 and 23 of its General Tariff.

The revisions take effect on 1 July 2001.
