Relocation of CFRV-FM’s transmitter site
|
| 1. |
The Commission approves the application to amend the
broadcasting licence for CFRV-FM Lethbridge by relocating the
transmitter to a site 17.6 kilometres east of the existing location.

The Commission authorizes the licensee to operate the undertaking
on the basis of the contours and particulars resulting from the
above-mentioned change.

| 3. |
The amendment will result in a small reduction in coverage to the
west and a significant increase in coverage to the east. |
| 4. |
The amendment will only be effective at such time as Industry
Canada, having advised that the application is conditionally
technically acceptable, determines that there is no unacceptable
interference with NAV/COM services and indicates that it will amend
its broadcasting certificate (section 22(1) of the Broadcasting
Act).
