The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the
specialty programming undertaking Telelatino, from 1 December 2001
to 31 August 2002, subject to the terms and conditions in
effect under the current licence.

The decision released today does not dispose of any substantive
issue that may exist with respect to the renewal of this licence and
interested parties will have an opportunity to comment at the
appropriate time. |
