RE: APPROVAL -- Application No. 2001-0401-8
Extension of the simultaneous programming period until 6 September 2001
Canadian Broadcasting Corporation
CJBR and CJBR-FM Rimouski (Québec)

Dear Mrs. Morry:

This is further to your application dated 19 February 2001 to extend the simultaneous programming period on CJBR (900 kHz) and CJBR-FM (89.1 MHz) Rimouski (Quebec) after 6 March 2001.

The Commission approves a six (6)-month extension, namely until 6 September 2001, following which you must stop broadcasting on the 900 kHz AM frequency.

All letters of approval issued by the Commission are available for public examination at the Commission’s central office and at the Montreal regional office. The Commission requires you to append this decision to the licence of your undertaking.

Yours sincerely,

Ursula Menke

Secretary General
