The Commission approves, on a final basis, Island Tel's
application to introduce a special rate to customers not subscribing
to any local enhanced service.

Island Tel filed the application on 31 March 2000 to add item 857
to its General Tariff.

|
The Commission received no comments with respect to the
application. |
|
The application was approved on an interim basis in Order CRTC
2000-320, dated 19 April 2000. |
