APPROVED - Broadcasting licence for a Type B English-language FM community radio programming undertaking at Regina, expiring 31 August 2007. NOTICE: 2001-22 Corus Entertainment Inc. The Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A01-0018 dated 26 January 2001, the applications for a change to the effective control of Les Placements Belcand Mont-Royal inc. The change of control will be effected through the transfer of all of the issued and outstanding shares of 3776271 Canada inc. to 605838 B.C. Ltd., a subsidiary of Corus Entertainment Inc. Belcand is the owner of Metromedia CMR Broadcasting Inc. which owns directly or indirectly six radio stations, five in Montréal, CKOO-FM (formerly CIEL-FM), CKOI-FM, CINF, CFQR-FM and CINW, and one in St-Jérôme, CIME-FM, as well as the French-language Category 2 (digital) specialty television service "Canal Habitat". Date = 08-02-01. 2001-124 The Commission approves, on a final basis, Rogers' application dated 5 October 2000 to add a new service option to permit its residential end-users to acquire an Internet protocol address for an additional computer connected to the modem up to a maximum of three computers.
