2006 and 2006-2-2, 2006-2-3 and 2006-2-4 dated 10, 14 and 20 February
2006 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 20 March
2006 at 9:30 a.m., at the Convention Centre, 1000 René-Lévesque
Boulevard East, Québec, Quebec, the Commission announces the

CKOD-FM Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, expiring 31 August 2006. |

It appears to the Commission that the licensee
may have failed again to comply with the requirements regarding the
submission of annual reports, the provision of logger tapes and contributions
to Canadian talent development. It also appears to the Commission
that the licensee may have failed to comply with the Radio Regulations,
1986 concerning the broadcast of French-language vocal music.
