Broadcasting Public Notice:
2006-10 Call for
comments on the proposed addition of ETV Bangla to the lists of eligible
satellite services for distribution on a digital basis. Comments on the CCTA’s
request must be received by the Commission no later than 22 February 2006. A copy
of the comments must be received by the CCTA no later than the deadline for
receipt of comments by the Commission. The CCTA may file a written reply to any
comments received concerning its request. This reply should be filed with the
Commission, and a copy sent to the person who submitted the comments, by no later
than 9 March 2006.

2006-18 The
Commission approves the following tariff application: Aliant Telecom Inc. TN 189.

Commission approves on a final basis the following tariff applications: Bell
Canada TNs 6919 and 6920 and Saskatchewan Telecommunications TNs 99 and 100.
