2006-170 Bell ExpressVu Inc. (the general partner), and BCE Inc. and 4119649 Canada Inc. (partners in BCE Holdings G.P., a general partnership that is the limited partner), carrying on business as Bell ExpressVu Limited Partnership. Across Canada, APPROVED – Replacement of the condition of licence relating to the distribution of non-Canadian programming services, as noted in the decision.
2006-171 CHUM Limited, Victoria, British Columbia. APPROVED – Renewal of the broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CHBE-FM, from 1 September 2006 to 31 August 2013.
Broadcasting Public Notices:
2006-53 Call for comments on the proposed addition of TV Asia to the lists of eligible satellite services for distribution on a digital basis. Comments on Rogers’ request must be received by the Commission no later than 26 May 2006. A copy of the comments must be received by Rogers no later than the deadline for receipt of comments by the Commission. Rogers may file a written reply to any comments received concerning its request. This reply should be filed with the Commission, and a copy sent to the person who submitted the comments, by no later than 12 June 2006.
