2006-30 The Commission approves TELUS Communications Company's (TCC's)
application for forbearance from section 29 of the Telecommunications Act
with respect to agreements or arrangements that TCC might enter into with any
other telecommunications common carrier in relation to forborne interexchange
private line and domestic long distance services within its incumbent serving
