Broadcasting Decision:

2006-193 Spotlight Television Limited, across Canada; Romen Podzyhun and C.J. (Cal) Millar, on behalf of a corporation to be incorporated, across Canada; Allarco Entertainment Inc., across Canada; Archambault Group Inc., across Canada. APPROVED – New national English-language general interest pay television programming undertaking, by Allarco Entertainment Inc. The licence will expire 31 August 2012. DENIED – Competing applications by Spotlight Television Limited, Romen Podzyhun and C.J. (Cal) Millar, on behalf of a corporation to be incorporated, and Archambault Group Inc. DENIED – New national French-language general interest pay television programming undertaking, by Archambault Group Inc.

Telecom Decisions:

2006-28 The Commission makes its determinations on issues related to wireless number portability between wireless carriers, and between those carriers and wireline local exchange carriers. Reference: 8620-C12-200601288.

2006-29 The Commission approves Wireless Number Portability, Consensus Report BPRE056a.doc, filed on 20 February 2006 by the CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee Business Process Working Group, for a two-phased implementation approach for the customer transfer processes between wireless carriers and local exchange carriers. Reference: 8620-C12-200510934.

2006-30 The Commission approves TELUS Communications Company's (TCC's) application for forbearance from section 29 of the Telecommunications Act with respect to agreements or arrangements that TCC might enter into with any other telecommunications common carrier in relation to forborne interexchange private line and domestic long distance services within its incumbent serving territory in Quebec. Reference: 8640-T66-200514754.

Telecom Orders:

2006-115 The Commission approves on a final basis an application by Société en commandite Télébec, dated 22 February 2006, in order to revise its General Tariff item 4.4, Service Improvement Plan. Reference: TN 331.

2006-116 The Commission approves on an interim basis the following tariff applications: Téléphone Guèvremont inc. TN 50, MTS Allstream Inc. TN 587, Ontario Telecommunications Association TN 93A and TELUS Communications Company TNs 420 and 420A (TCQ). (streamlined order)
