Broadcasting Public Notice:
2006-30 Call for comments – Proposed amendments to the Television Broadcasting Regulations, 1987, the Pay Television Regulations, 1990 and the Specialty Services Regulations, 1990 – Requirements for the furnishing of program logs and records. The Commission invites comments on the proposed amendments appended to this notice. The Commission will accept comments that it receives on or before 24 April 2006.
Telecom Decision:
2006-11 The Commission renders its determination in the proceeding initiated by Bell Digital Voice Service, Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2005‑9, 7 July 2005. The Commission approves on a final basis Tariff Notices 6874, 6874A and 6878, subject to certain conditions. Reference: 8661‑C12‑200507973 and Bell Canada TNs 6874, 6874A and 6878.
