Broadcasting Public Notice:
2006-72 Call for comments on a request by the Governor in Council pursuant to
Section 15 of the Broadcasting Act to prepare a report examining the
future environment facing the Canadian broadcasting system. The deadline for
submissions is 1 September 2006.
Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing:
2006-5 The Commission will hold a public hearing commencing on Monday
27 November 2006 at 9:00 a.m. at the Conference Centre, Phase IV, 140 Promenade
du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, to consider the matters addressed in the notice as
part of a review of certain aspects of the regulatory framework for over-the-air
television. The Commission invites written comments on the matters for
consideration set out in the Notice. The deadline for filing written comments is
Wednesday 27 September 2006.

2006-144 The Commission approves on a final basis the following tariff
