Revocation of licence

1. |
Northern Settlement of Brabant Lake has
requested the revocation of its licence for
the cable distribution undertaking authorized to serve Brabant Lake. |

2. |
The licensee has informed the Commission
that it has discontinued the operation of its cable system serving
Brabant Lake. |
|
3. |
Given the licensee’s request, the
Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the
Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licence issued to Northern
Settlement of Brabant Lake for the above-mentioned undertaking. |
