Broadcasting Public Notice:
2006-4 Application of the winback rules to customers and subscribers
The Commission will retain, without change, the customer-specific winback rules set out in CRTC letter decision dated 1 April 1999, rather than modify these rules to apply to both the customer and the subscriber.
Telecom Public Notice:
2006-1 The Commission initiates a proceeding and invites comments on establishing a new regulatory framework for Northwestel Inc. that will go into effect in 2007. The proceeding will include a public hearing to be held in Whitehorse, Yukon in July 2006. Reference: 8663‑C12‑200600066.
