The Commission renews the
broadcasting licence for the French-language commercial radio
programming undertaking CJMS Saint-Constant, from 1 May 2006 to
31 August 2006, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the
current licence. |

This decision does not dispose of any
substantive issue that may exist with respect to the renewal of this
licence and interested parties will have an opportunity to comment at
the appropriate time. |
