Further to its Broadcasting Notices
of Public Hearing CRTC 2006-4, 2006-4-1
dated 20 and 27 April 2006, 2006-4-2
and 2006-4-3 dated 24 and 29 May 2006
relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 19 June 2006
at 9:30 a.m., at the Westin Edmonton Hotel, 10135-100th Street,
Edmonton, Alberta, the Commission announces the following amendments
to the items listed below. |

The Commission will accept interventions
that only relate to the additional information placed on the public
examination file. The deadline for submission of interventions is
June 14, 2006. |
|
The applicant will have the opportunity
to reply to these interventions at the public hearing. |

CORRECTION TO ITEM 1 |

|
The Commission recently approved the application
(2006-0257-5)
for the transfer of all of the issued and outstanding shares of 1097282
Alberta Ltd. held by Mr. Edward Tardif and Mr. Rémi Tardif to Radio
CJVR Ltd. The letter of approval (L2006-0028, dated 11 May 2006) has
been added to the public examination file. |

|
The applicant has recently submitted to
the CRTC clarification relating to its intended course of action for
the proposed radio programming undertaking under different scenarios
involving the possible acquisition of the Alberta assets of O.K. Radio
Group Ltd. by Rogers Broadcasting Limited. |

Your intervention will be considered by
the Commission, and will form part of the public record of the proceeding
without further notification to you, provided the procedure set out
below has been followed. You will be contacted only if your submission
raises procedural questions. |

Secretary General of the Commission in only one of the following

A true copy must be sent to the
applicant and proof that this has been done must accompany the intervention
sent to the Commission. |

The Commission advises those who file and
serve by electronic mode to exercise caution when using e-mail for
service of documents or notification, as it may be difficult to establish
that service has occurred. |
|
Before initiating service through electronic
mode, please ensure that you will be able to satisfy the Commission,
upon request, that service of the notification was completed. |
|
Where the intervention is filed by electronic
means, the line ***End of document*** should be entered following
the last paragraph of the document, as an indication that the document
has not been damaged during electronic transmission. |
|
Each paragraph of the document should be
numbered. |
|
Your intervention should clearly identify
the application and indicate whether you support or oppose the application,
or if you propose changes to it, include the facts and grounds for
your proposal. |
|
In the event that the application is brought
to the oral phase of the hearing, and if you wish to appear, you must
provide reasons why your written comments are not sufficient and why
an appearance is necessary. |
|
Persons requiring communications support
such as assistance listening devices and sign language interpretation
are requested to inform the commission at least twenty (20) days before
the commencement of the public hearing so that the necessary arrangements
can be made. |
