APPROVED – Amendment of the definition of the term "broadcast day" for the purposes of the conditions of licence for the national, English-language specialty programming undertaking known as Prime TV, effective 1 September 2006. 2006-50 CanWest MediaWorks Inc. and Xtreme Sports Holdco Inc., partners in a general partnership carrying on business as Xtreme Sports Partnership, across Canada. APPROVED – Amendment of the definition of the term "broadcast day" for the purposes of the conditions of licence for the national, English-language Category 2 specialty programming undertaking known as Xtreme Sports, effective 1 September 2006. 2006-51 CHUM Limited, on behalf of a corporation or a partnership to be established, across Canada. DENIED – Permission to link each Canadian-produced channel that it offers with one non-Canadian produced channel. APPROVED – Replacement of the current condition of licence 8 and addition of a condition of licence, as noted in the decision.
