The Commission approves the
application by CHUM Limited for a broadcasting licence to operate an
English-language radio network in Winnipeg. The network will broadcast
the baseball games of the Winnipeg Goldeneyes during the 2006 and 2007
seasons, originating from CFRW Winnipeg. |

The Commission did not receive any
interventions in connection with this application. |

The network licence will expire at the end
of the 2007 baseball season, and will be subject to the conditions
specified in the licence to be issued. |
