Broadcasting Decisions:
2006-95 Aboriginal Voices Radio Inc., Vancouver and Abbotsford, British Columbia; Calgary, Alberta; Ottawa, Ontario/Gatineau, Quebec; and Montréal, Quebec. APPROVED IN PART - Extension of the time limits, until 30 June 2006 for the native Type B FM radio stations authorized to serve Vancouver with a transmitter in Abbotsford, Calgary, Ottawa/Gatineau, respectively, and until 1 September 2006, for the native Type B FM radio station authorized to serve Montréal.
2006-96 Association d’églises baptistes réformées du Québec, Québec, Quebec. DENIED – New French-language commercial religious FM radio station in Québec.
2006-97 Movie Central Ltd., Western Canada. APPROVED – Distribution of the pay television programming undertaking known as Movie Central in the high definition format.
2006-98 Astral Broadcasting Group Inc., Across Canada. APPROVED – New national, French-language Category 2 specialty programming undertaking to be known as Vrak Junior. The licence will expire 31 August 2012.
2006-99 Rogers Broadcasting Limited, Calgary, Alberta. APPROVED – New English-language radio network in Calgary. The licence will expire 31 August 2008.
2006-100 The Bay St. George South Area Development Association, McKay’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. APPROVED - Extension of the time limit to commence the operation of the FM radio programming undertaking, until 31 March 2007.

Telecom Orders:
2006-64 The Commission approves on an interim basis, with changes, an application by Saskatchewan Telecommunications dated 20 January 2006, proposing the introduction of Aggregated Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line Service under Competitor Access Tariff, item 650.32. It further grants interim approval to the Ethernet Access Service component and the Ethernet CO Connecting Link Service component. Reference: TNs 102 and 69.
2006-65 The Commission approves on a final basis applications by Bell Canada proposing the introduction of High Speed Metro Service under its General Tariff, item 5030. It further approves the withdrawal of Bell Canada Tariff Notice 6825.
